KINPRO's technical activities trace their origins to 1993.
For more than 25 years now our team has delivered mineral, hydrocarbon, and groundwater ("fresh-water lens") exploration using proprietary technologies and know-how. KINPRO® is one of Europe's leading providers of aerospace geophysical survey services, dedicated to implementing innovative exploration technologies worldwide—together with the integrated processing of the resulting geological and geophysical data and the preparation of well-substantiated, detailed interpretation deliverables.
We conduct integrated aerospace geophysical surveys under contract to government agencies and under agreements with mining and oil-and-gas companies across many regions of the world, and we perform all data processing in-house on our own hardware-and-software systems.
KINPRO® applies advanced aerospace geophysical survey methods—first and foremost gravity surveying (the measurement of variations in the Earth's gravitational field).
Our core technologies are AGRS (Aerospace Geophysics Remote Sensing), X-Vision (our predictive exploration data processing technology), and FSSAT (Frequency-Spatial Spectral Analysis Technology). While conventional Full Tensor Gradiometry (FTG) provides tensor data, our proprietary X-Vision data processing of high-density scalar gravity (based on AGRS survey data results) delivers superior basin-mapping resolution and fault delineation at a fraction of the cost and logistical footprint of traditional FTG. This enables high-accuracy mapping of subsurface structures to locate anomalies suggesting oil and gas accumulations, ores (ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metals), diamonds, uranium, and freshwater aquifers with commercial potential.
How it works in practice: specialized equipment mounted aboard satellites and aircraft (or helicopters) detects physical field variations, which are then analyzed using our proprietary analytical protocols. The result is a detailed anomaly map that allows geologists to "look" deep into the Earth's crust and understand what lies beneath the surface.
